Executive Summary

Entities historically referred to as Protectors (mythical beings believed to be divine emissaries) have been confirmed to exist. While initially integrated into human cultural and religious systems, their autonomy has proven problematic. Protectors demonstrate supernatural capabilities (documented range: 1-6 distinct abilities per entity), with many choosing paths contradictory to human expectations.

A subset of these entities, classified as Corruptors, abandoned protective roles and pursued destructive behaviors. Corruptors present existential threats, ranging from isolated civilian casualties to region-scale catastrophic events.

Between 1992-2003, an undeclared conflict occurred between these entities and human military coalitions. This engagement, now designated The Silent War, remains suppressed from public knowledge.
